This journey begins in Pretoria and travels east towards Nelspruit. Play at the Hans Merensky Golf Estate or visit the world famous Kruger Park. Tee off at the Royal Swazi Golf Club, near Manzini in Swaziland, while non-golfers visit Ngwenya Glass Factory, lunch at Malandelas followed by a game drive in Mkhaya Game Reserve. Then it's on to Zululand for game viewing in the Hluhluwe Game Reserve and an evening out in Durban. Play one of South Africa’s finest courses, the Durban Beachwood Club, while non-playing guests enjoy a city tour of Durban followed by lunch at the Golf Club. Lunch is served as the Pride of Africa winds its way towards the spectacular Drakensberg escarpment en route to Nelspruit. Non-golfers can enjoy a game drive in the famous Kruger National Park. At 18h00 the Rovos Rail will depart for Swaziland and soon after you will enjoy dinner. The Royal Swazi Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course, internationally renowned for its scenic setting and natural beauty. Non-golfers will visit the Ngwenya Glass Factory, lunch at Malandelas and followed by a game drive in the Mkhaya Game Reserve. Afterwards the Rovos Rail will depart for its overnight journey to Hluhluwe where you will experience game viewing the next day. Take a break from golfing and prepare to rise very early for a game drive in the Hluhluwe Game Reserve.
